OBiTrxRT Notices.—We have heretofore given notice, repeatedly, that we charge for obituary notices of un reasonable length, and for resolutions of respect; be cause that kind of reading, we have much occasion to Kqow, is not often more agreeable to readers than to editors of papers. As il generally happens, however, tbat after charging and paying posiuge on the account for warded, we never get paid, we now give notice that we will insert nothing of the sort hereafter unless accom panied by the cash. (Always excepting in the case of deceased volunteers, when we require no pay.) Bear j in mind, therefore, that we will insert obituary notices i and resolutions, not exceeding 7U words, gratis. I When dem ninny balls 'gin to whistle, «id de j cannon to roar, and de hosses to pitch and rar, I I tell you.' de kink cum’d out o’ dis nigger’s wool. ; I said, ‘Massa, les me and you git back o’ dem i trees, and we can shoot widout bein’ shot at.'
